Too many mums give up on their own health and fitness because it seems too hard or overwhelming. Today on the podcast I am joined by health coach Tara Gosselink to chat around how mums (even busy mums with toddlers) can still achieve their health and fitness goals without giving up their lifestyle and how to keep it really simple so it is doable.
