Hey Mumma, I get it! As a mum we have a constant to do list going through our mind and that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, especially when we can't tick things off it. But what if your overwhelm is more than just because you have things to do, more than just keeping on top of the house? Sometimes we have "internal overwhelm" that is actually causing external factors to seem more mentally consuming than they should be.
